Welcome to the Career Manager films - a series of short guidance films made to inspire and assist members who wish to use Career Manager to track and record their professional development. The films have been produced from three perspectives, supporting the different ways in which members may interact with Career Manager depending on the requirements of their professional role.

Film one - for individual users

This film includes an introduction to Career Manager, and guidance on how this powerful online tool can help members in structuring and tracking their professional development, preparing and submitting an application for professional registration and planning career progression.

Film two - for company scheme managers

This film will introduce Career Manager and explain how it can be used within company professional development schemes. It also demonstrates some ways in which members may ask company scheme managers to interact with the system, to help them use it effectively.

Film three - for verifiers and attesters

For those supporting a candidate working towards professional registration, and also useful for mentors and line managers. This film includes an introduction to Career Manager and explains how to access and use the system if you are asked to assist someone with their competence assessment or attest their application for professional registration.
