Suggest an event

As a valued IET Community registrant, we appreciate your input and thought you may be interested in contributing ideas for future events the IET runs.

We would like to invite you to propose seminar, workshop and conference ideas that could be run September to December 2010 and/or in 2011.  Please submit your topic suggestions using our proposal form (downloadable from the link to the above right) and email to the relevant community development manager providing a description of the subject area and how you can help. 

If your proposal is accepted we will be in contact with you to discuss your idea further before it is put through a rigorous research process by an IET event producer. The IET is committed to collaboration and hope that you will also see the benefits of suggesting an event, opening up a potential opportunity to:

• contribute to sharing and advancing knowledge in your field
• attend the event as a guest free of charge
• see your idea turn into a professionally produced IET event

Please note that as much as the IET values input from our network registrants, the rigorous event selection process we embark on may mean that only a few suggestions can be developed further.  We look forward to receiving your ideas.
