process	Items containing any of the words process, processes, processing, etc.
design process	Items containing both words, but not necessarily as a phrase
"design process"	Items containing any of the phrases design process, design processes, etc.

Items in which the search terms appear in the title, or near the beginning, will be ranked more highly than items in which they appear lower down.

Where two or more words are specified, items in which they occur as a phrase, or close together, will be ranked more highly than items in which they appear more widely separated.

If the word specified is not found in the index, similar words will be suggested, in case of mis-spelling: for example, a search for "engineerig".

Advanced search and further facilities

There are plans for an advanced search option, and for additional filters, such as by content type, date and subject. These will be introduced during the course of 2012.
