Microsoft and the IET

The IET has joined forces with global giant Microsoft to provide Microsoft-certified professionals with an assured fast-track route to IET membership.

Microsoft and the IET are both global organisations committed to professional development and raising standards in the IT sector. Thanks to an agreement between them, active Microsoft-certified professionals have an assured fast-track entry route to membership of the IET. The agreement provides Microsoft professionals with member products and services and a path to professional registration.

Microsoft Certifications are globally respected IT certification programmes, and the IET recognises them as both a worldwide assurance of intelligence and knowledge in the IT industry and as contributing qualifications to technical competence. As a Microsoft certified-professional, you can therefore apply for IET membership with designatory letters without the need for someone to support your application.

Simply complete the online membership application form, ensuring that you have your Microsoft Certification ID (also known as Transcript ID), Access Code, CV and credit/debit card details to hand.
